Why Water is Important
Drinking water is important. We all know that we have to drink a lot of water to feel good.
But why is drinking water important? Why do we need so much water?
One reason we drink water is because we sweat. This man sweated a lot, so he made sure to drink a lot, so that he had enough water in his body.
Another reason we drink so much water is because we lose water when we go to the bathroom.
But what does it do to our bodies?
To start with, human bodies are 70% water. This means our bodies mostly are made of water.
Our skin has a lot of water in it, so we have to keep giving it more water.
Your brain also has a lot of water in it. In order to keep your brain focused and working well, it needs a lot of water.
In fact all our organs are mostly made of water, so it is important to keep them hydrated too.
So when we get thirsty, we have to remember to drink water. It helps us stay hydrated and healthy.
One easy thing to remember is to make sure we drink at least 8 glasses of water every single day.
