Stretching is one easy and relaxing way to improve how you feel.
Some people, like this man, stretch casually, that is, they stretch a little bit before and after they work out.
And others, like these people, do yoga, that is, they do specific stretches as a workout. Yoga is not easy, and requires a lot of focus.
But both casual stretching and yoga are very helpful to be flexible and to stay healthy.
One common stretch is to touch your feet while sitting on the ground. But there is one thing that makes this difficult.
The difficult part of this stretch is to keep your legs straight. This is really hard for some people, especially those who are stiff and not flexible.
After you can touch your feet, the next thing you can do is to pull them.
Another body part to stretch is your arms. All you have to do is to pull one upper arm toward your body, and it stretches.
Stretching your arms will make you feel less tense and more relaxed.
Another good body part to stretch is your core, which is your stomach muscles. Many people do this after they work out.
And other people like to stretch before bed. Stretching before bed can help people sleep better. Whenever you stretch, stretching is one great habit to live a healthy life.
In yoga this stretch is called the “cobra,” and you can use it to stretch your front and your back.
One question many have about stretching is when to stretch. Some people wake up early in the morning to stretch.
And other people only stretch before or after they work out.
